From Sunday through today, I fielded numerous phone calls and forms of communication regarding concerns of ICE being in the community over the weekend and through today. I think this stemmed from a video that was circulating on social media, which I was able to view today. The video is actually of one of our investigators going door-to-door in Cornhill doing a neighborhood canvas as a result of a shots-fired incident. So that social media post implied that that was an ICE— someone associated with ICE. It was not. Just trying to quell that rumor. As far as I As far as I know, ICE is not here. But if they are here, they're not required to communicate that with us. But I think a lot of the chatter that was going on through the weekend through today was a result of that social media post. And as far as our policy with immigration and ICE, I will disseminate— it's been disseminated, but I would be happy to provide that to the NAACP. I believe we did work with the NAACP in formulating that policy. Work with the refugee center and other entities to put that together.

I can, please, between Stephanie and I, we Certainly. There was a mor— the Council may remember that there was— this body passed a moratorium almost 6 months ago. That was a 6-month moratorium which is up within the next couple weeks. So this piece and the next piece which addresses better battery storage was in response to those two moratoriums. As far as billboards, this— the moratorium was requested because we had— our office had seen an uptick in the number of requests for zoning approvals and Planning Board approvals for additional billboards within the city, including one on the triangular site at the western gateway of Oriskany Boulevard into the city, which the Zoning Board actually granted approval for. But fortunately, DOT thought better of it and actually denied it, or we would have had a big billboard on that site. I'm suggesting that there be no more billboards allowed in the city, and that that would basically prevent any reviews by Planning Board, and that only existing billboards be permitted to remain.
