I spoke last month in protest of the city signing a contract with FLOCK, and was surprised and disappointed by remarks made by Councilwoman Colosimo-Testa in response to mine and others' comments during last month's council meeting. Across the state and the nation, municipalities are canceling their contracts with FLOCK and similar companies over data and privacy concerns. It would be naive to think that Councilwoman Aiello is responsible for the massive push pushback against unregulated corporate overreach.

Yes, and this I worked on with the public safety commissioner. So there was a couple of other things that I had talked to him previously that we want to work on. I just haven't had the time to sit down with them and kind of resolve what we wanted to say. And maybe it doesn't work out, maybe it does, but this was the last piece of legislation. In regards to what fees should be established and how many in the city meeting last year and voting that on roll call stuff. So maybe we can ask Mayor Galime I think we need to give some, a rundown on what the cost was and expected to see what we need to do with those costs. The next one is an ordinance amending Section 2-29-7 of the zoning code, and furthering battery energy storage systems. Do we have any update on that?

Again, the only issue that I'm asking is that if this ties to the flag raising in regards to this, how could the city fulfill it and what obligation do we have as a city once this proclamation is passed as far as the application goes through, if there's anything else that the council needs to do? I mean, we jumped into another topic, so I didn't want to just ignore the fact that you were here and, you know, we're getting into something else. But I think that if you, if you really look at what it costs, um, to have to travel, because there really isn't something in our, in our area um, to be able to, to be able to ski it. I mean, I know that my son— I know my husband and my son are not going anywhere on winter break because they want to go home. They want to stay home and actually ski there because they did it last year and enjoyed themselves. So just to, just to look at the, the total picture of it, I mean, you know, we've got to look at where we're going and how we're getting there. And, and to be able to have something in our backyard, we've got to make it feasible so that we're not running into the the, the, the picture again of not being able to be able to fulfill skiing in a place that we live in.
