Uh, the next one was sponsored by myself. Resolution nominating a candidate to the Upper Mohawk Valley Regional Water Board. We resolve, pursuant to Section 1226-E of the Public Authorization Law of the State of New York and the agreement between the City of Utica Common Council and the Council of Oneida County Public Legislators, the Common Council hereby nominates the following individual as a candidate for appointment to the Upper Mohawk Valley Regional Water Board by the Oneida County Public Legislature Councilmembers, that would be Mr. Mark Ford at 1600 Parkway East, Utica, New York 13501, for a 3-year term to expire December 31st, 2028. Further resolved, the City of Utica is hereby directed to transmit the name of the Council nomination to the Clerk of the County Legislature and retain a record specifying the date of delivery.

Well, this is a different one. I'll read Resolution providing for public hearing on a zoning amendment, whereas the city, uh, the Utica Common Council proposes amendment to the zoning board prohibiting billboards, whereas proposed amendment were referred to the Planning Board on February 4th, 2026 for a report thereon, whereas the City of Utica zoning ordinance requires that before any amendment supplement or change in the text, there should be a public hearing notice. Whereas the City Clerk shall cause to be published a public hearing notice at least 2 times, not less than 10 days before the public hearing. Now there be resolved that the Utica Common Council shall conduct a public hearing on the proposed amendment at its regular meeting on February 25th at 2026 at 7 2 PM in the Common Council chambers. All right, so these are going to go into the public hearing.

Meeting will come to order. First piece of legislation we're going to look at is a Board of Estimate and Review appointment. Uh, be resolved that pursuant to Section 523 of Real Tax Property Law, the Councilperson hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Estimate review for the current 5-year term, which commenced on October 1st, 2025, and then September 30th, 2030. And it's Eugene Ciccolella. One of the things that we were talking about earlier on this, clerks, is that— is this— is this correctly dated, or should it be today's date?
