The mayor claims that we are in economic crisis, yet he wants to hold executive sessions to discuss pay raises and lock the public out. Just like the entry rebuild is not for security but to prevent it and make it harder for people like myself to ask questions. How much is this barrier going to cost the taxpayers this crisis. Then Utica will have private security, not Utica Police, at the front desk, costing the taxpayers even more. Mr. Galime, tear down this wall. Pass Local Law Number 4 of 2024, registration and posting of owners' and managers' information and designated agents.
