All right, number 6. Proposed resolution number 6, Board of Estimate and Apportionment. Another one. Be it resolved, pursuant to Section 523 of the Real Property Tax Law, the following person is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment for the current 5-year term which commenced on October 1st, 2025, and ends on September 30th, 2030. And that would be Carolyn E. Marino. Everybody good? And this was from Councilman Betrus. Joe, I'll just read the first part and you could discuss it.

Um, the only other thing that I want to talk about is on, uh, Monday the 26th, um, is the North Utica, our monthly meeting. Um, guess what? I have— I'm reading here, I have Council at Large coming to speak about financial issues, um, and we also have the Mohawk Valley Hometown Hero representative, uh, coming to discuss their program. So I'd like to see everybody there, um, and that's at 6:30 Monday night. Thank you so much, I appreciate it.

Okay. Yep. So, uh, so if it works with everyone, committee meeting February 4th, 5 PM, to discuss the following: local law number 3 of 2025. It was submitted, uh, or committed rather, on 11/5/25, the 311 notification legislation. Ordinance number 7 from tonight and resolution number 8 from tonight as well. Those will be the, the 3 pieces. What time was that meeting discussion? 5 PM.
