Matches to the last piece of legislation in regards to fees, what the city does, what the city doesn't. And again, we're talking about new softball, things like that. I mean, there's definitely fees that go into this. So this is something that we can't call a meeting.

Yeah, it's Councilwoman Betrus speaking. Thank you. Uh, so yeah, I don't feel comfortable. I've said this before, I want the actual fees of what everything already is, and then the council can establish those officially. I don't want to say replace those fees with current rates established by the Parks and Recreation Department because that is giving up our powers from the council to the executive branch, and that's not what we're here to do. In regards to what fees should be established and how many in the city meeting last year and voting that on roll call stuff. So maybe we can ask Mayor Galime I think we need to give some, a rundown on what the cost was and expected to see what we need to do with those costs. The next one is an ordinance amending Section 2-29-7 of the zoning code, and furthering battery energy storage systems. Do we have any update on that?

The fees, because I think our summer meetings are early July, then late August, so there's a gap there. Maybe we want to get this straightened out before, uh, before the summer because there's swimming pool rates and whatnot. That's what we're calling. Does this Is this read together with— hold on, so ordinance number 4 dated 2/25/26.
