Now therefore be resolved that the Common Council of City of Utica, New York does hereby appoint Councilmember Robert Burmaster, a Democrat, and a councilmember-at-large Joseph Betrus, a Republican, to serve as the Common Council Members of the Urban Renewal Agency pursuant to the provisions of Section 16 and the general municipal law of the state of New York. Further resolved— Now therefore be it resolved that the Common Council of the City of Utica, New York, does hereby appoint Councilmember Venice Ervin, a Democrat, and Councilmember Joseph Betrus, a Republican, to serve as the Common Council members of the Urban Renewal Agency pursuant to the provisions of Section 16 to the general municipal law of the state of New York, and be further resolved that pursuant to the said law, each of the appointees should serve until the expiration of their term of office as councilmember.
